After years of lacking an official internet presence, Gary Larson recently relented and starting posting his old Far Side cartoons on a daily basis.  Several of these have an IP angle to them, like this one.  But what's the cause of action here – right of publicity? Copyright? Unjust enrichment? Passing off?
