Observations on patents and other IP from a dual-licensed practitioner

It Took A Few Years, But We Can Finally Attend That Party To Which We Were Invited

Six years ago I blogged about my response to being invited (along with, presumably, every other IP practitioner on the planet) to a conference in Dubai, with which Israel did not have diplomatic relations at the time.  But then last year the Trump team pulled off the Abraham accords, and now I can even take a non-stop flight from Tel-Aviv to Dubai to participate in next year's iteration of this same conference.  Probably won't attend – won't even arrive fashionably late – but at least this time around I could if I wanted to.  So thanks to Mr. Trump and Mr. Netanyahu for that.
